5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items removed from original packaging
• Gift cards
