Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any caps that show signs of wear or have been removed from their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return.

  4. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package your item securely and ship it to our return address (provided in the approval email).
  5. Processing: We’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days after receiving your package.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days and a credit will be applied to your original payment method via:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you selected free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability). Simply follow the return process above and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange. There’s no additional charge for exchanges, though you’ll need to cover return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Any cap that shows signs of wear or has been removed from its original packaging
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
