What makes your caps different from others?
Every cap we sell is 100% officially licensed by MLB, ensuring you receive authentic merchandise with premium quality. We carefully package each cap to protect it during transit because we know it’s not just a hat – it’s a statement of your team pride.
Which teams’ caps do you carry?
We currently offer caps for the Milwaukee Brewers, Minnesota Twins, New York Mets, Oakland Athletics, San Diego Padres, and Tampa Bay Rays. Each team has both standard caps and special editions available.
How do I choose the right size?
Our caps come in standard MLB sizes. If you’re unsure, measure your head circumference where the cap would sit (about 1 inch above your eyebrows) and compare with our size chart available on each product page.

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create Account” after entering your email. This allows you to track orders, save favorites, and check out faster next time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your caps to you fast. If you need to modify or cancel, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing process.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to unite baseball fans across borders (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Whether you’re in Milwaukee or Melbourne, we’ll get your cap to you.
How long does order processing take?
Our Nashville-based team processes orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse at 1749 Haleys Hope Court.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my cap arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your cap arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll happily replace it at no cost to you.
Can I exchange my cap for a different size or team?
Yes! Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. You’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
